Dynamic Overseas Services currently provides:

• Basic Job Application Assistance (submission to selected employers based on information provided by the client)

Additional services may be added or removed without prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees that:

• All information provided is true and accurate.
• No fake experience, forged documents, or false qualifications will be submitted.
• The client is responsible for verifying all information before final approval.
• The client is responsible for checking visa rules and employer requirements independently.

Any loss resulting from false information supplied by the client shall be the client's sole responsibility.

5. No Job or Visa Guarantee

Dynamic Overseas Services does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Job interview
• Selection
• Offer letter
• Salary package
• Work permit
• Visa approval
• Immigration approval

Our service is limited to preparing professional documents and, where applicable, assisting with submission of applications.

Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

Visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassy or immigration authority.

6. Job Application Assistance

Where job application assistance is included:

• Applications will be submitted only using the information approved by the client.
• We are not responsible if an employer rejects, ignores, delays, or removes a vacancy.
• We do not control employer recruitment processes.

Submission of applications does not create any guarantee of employment.

7. Service Delivery

Service delivery begins after:

• Payment is successfully received; and
• Required documents and information are received from the client.

Delivery timelines may change if:

• Client provides incomplete information.
• Client delays responses.
• Additional revisions are requested.

Reasonable delays caused by technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may also affect delivery.

8. Revisions

Minor corrections based on client-provided information may be provided within a reasonable period after delivery.

Major rewrites due to new qualifications, new experience, or a complete change of career direction may require an additional fee.

9. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Full payment must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Cancellation & Refund

The client may request cancellation within 1 hour of successful payment, provided work has not substantially commenced.

If cancellation is approved within this period, a full refund will be processed.

After the 1-hour cancellation period, or once work has substantially commenced (including document drafting, editing, or preparation), fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the service cannot be delivered due to our fault.

Refund requests should be sent to help@dynamicservice.in with payment details.

11. No Guarantee of Results

The client understands that purchasing our services does not guarantee:

• Calls from employers
• Interview invitations
• Job offers
• Visa approvals
• Immigration success

Professional document preparation improves presentation but cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Dynamic Overseas Services retains ownership of its templates, designs, formatting methods, writing style, branding, website content, logos, and proprietary processes.
• The completed CV and Cover Letter prepared specifically for the client may be used by the client for their personal job search and employment purposes.
• Clients may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit our templates, website content, or proprietary materials without prior written permission.

13. Accuracy of Information

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is correct.

Dynamic Overseas Services is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Incorrect educational details
• Incorrect employment history
• False experience
• Fake certificates
• Incorrect passport details
• Incorrect personal information provided by the client

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• We are not liable for any decision made by employers, recruiters, embassies, immigration authorities, or third parties.
• We are not responsible for missed job opportunities, salary loss, visa refusal, immigration delays, or similar indirect losses.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater liability is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Third-Party Websites

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party job portals or employer websites.

We do not own or control those websites and are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their recruitment decisions
• Their privacy practices
• Their availability
• Their terms and conditions

Clients use third-party websites at their own discretion.

16. Privacy

Client information is collected only for providing requested services.

Please read our separate Privacy Policy for details regarding collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information.

17. Suspension or Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse services where a client:

• Provides fraudulent information or forged documents.
• Requests illegal or unethical services.
• Uses abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward our staff.
• Attempts payment fraud or chargeback fraud.
• Violates these Terms & Conditions.

Where legally appropriate, refunds may be refused if work has already been performed.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Internet outages
• Power failures
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic-related disruptions
• Cyber incidents
• Technical failures of third-party service providers

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
